What are pre-order items?

It needs to take two weeks to process your order after receiving your payment

How long will it takes to receive my item?

Normally once mailed, it takes about 2-6 working days via normal mail, 1-2 working days via registered/A.M/Smartpac mail to arrive, it depends on the efficiency of Singpost.

What will be the total waiting time from paying for my orders to receiving my orders?

Normally 2-3 weeks, if lucky enough it will be 2 weeks only.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

We do not offer refund or exchange for damaged caused by postal carrier.

How if the parcel lost?

We are not responsible for the parcel lost and damaged during the transit by normal mail. Please submit the correct address. For the return mail due to incorrect address given, you'll need to pay the postage fees again.

Do you ship worldwide?

How do you charge for the shipping fee?
